Project management is my long-standing strong core competence. In more than three decades, I have conducted various roles in industrial enterprises, formerly as an employed specialist and executive in Germany, USA, Switzerland, as well as external internationally operating management consultant, project manager, coach and lecturer.
Many challenges brought me diverse experiences and comparisons in how to handle project management across industries, companies, countries and cultures. From many business partners I was able to gain insights and perspectives that enriched my work. Initial business relationships turned into solid partnerships to make a lot of good things happen together with strong commitment.
